Project – MAPAL ASEAN-Pacific Group: Establishment of a Regional Management Hub

The MAPAL ASEAN-Pacific Group Hub, consisting of General Management, Sales, Technical, Finance, and BPM/IT functions was established to support the operations in Australia, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia providing consistency in operations, best practice technical support to the company’s customer base and ensuring all business processes align to the MAPAL internal SAP system requirements.

The cost synergies associated with this approach were modelled, and a carefully considered support matrix was developed.
